Early Morning Discomfort- GotG Rocket

The snoring of The Milano crew was light as the ship drifted noiselessly and effortlessly through the open space. It had been another hard day of work for the Guardians and they were beat!
Then suddenly the quiet was disturbed by the steady, unnerving sound of faint footsteps. The first to wake to this weird anomaly was none other than the anthroish raccoon, Rocket. His ears twitched and one eye relieved the darkness of sleep as a light turned on in the front part of The Milano. Slowly, the raccoon brought out his much beloved gun from under his pillow. After lying in bed for a while longer, the furry guardian decided it was best to check it out and put whoever this stowaway was, in their place.
Getting up, Rocket made his way out of the room and made his way down the hall towards the light. Unknown to the sleep-walking Peter Quill, he was about to get one of the rudest awakenings from a sleep walk in the history of his life!

Okay. I regret NOTHING! This was pure for practice and the story behind it was for the giggles... It was a bit to come up with a really awesome story behind it sense nothing huge is really happening other than Rocket laying in his (gigantic) bed with his one pillow and his gun. It was originally was going to be quite the gory picture where Rocket was dying and taking his 'last breath' but that changed when I started adding detail and didn't want to cover up that hard work with blood and smoke :/....
I am really proud of this considering not even half way through I wanted to throw it away and forget about it but I finished and no matter if my fingers are dead now because it was worth it! I wanted to do some REAL Guardians of the Galaxy fan-Art sense I recently got and watched the movie(Ive watched it at least 4 times!) and I felt real fanart was needed. So here you go, I slaved over this piece of art until I felt like my fingers were bleeding internally!..
Once uploaded to my computer, I merely touched it up with gimp filters and added a darker tone to give it a night feel with the light to add like it did fit with the small short story above.
